Fraga is proudly designated as an A-rated campus by the Texas Education Agency, reflecting a strong commitment to excellence in instruction and student outcomes. Our students are primarily Hispanic and represent a rich cultural fabric rooted in resilience and community pride. Many are the first in their families to pursue post-secondary education, and Fraga’s mission is to ensure that each of them receives the support, rigor, and encouragement necessary to thrive.

Principal Gallardo brings a unique blend of local insight and international perspective, ensuring that every decision is guided by compassion, student outcomes, and an unwavering belief in the limitless potential of every learner.

Ms. Liliana Juarez, who serves as both registrar and counselor—among many other roles—offers invaluable operational expertise and serves as the primary point of contact and support for our students and families. Her dedication and empathy are central to the school’s welcoming atmosphere.

Ms. Gandarilla is the steady presence at the front office, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently, keeping the school grounded and responsive to the needs of the entire Fraga community.

Fraga’s leadership extends beyond the front office, embracing a collaborative model that involves every adult on campus. With a dedicated team of just 11 staff members, teachers are empowered as instructional leaders and actively contribute to the school’s administrative operations. Students, too, are encouraged to take ownership of their learning journey, supported by strong partnerships with HCC faculty that provide access to dual credit courses and accelerated academic opportunities. Through shared decision-making, open communication, and a deeply supportive culture, Fraga fosters an environment where every voice matters and every effort is focused on student success.
